This page of terms and condition is prepared by the Soch Solutions (referred to as “Soch Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our” herein). |

All the details filled in by the customers in the web form will be displayed on web page(s) as it is and, by signing this document the customer gives permission to Soch Solutions to use the data. |

Once the webpage is complete & online the customer is agreed to check the details for any human errors, such as spelling mistakes, mistakes in contact details (if any). |

3. |
The customer will be responsible for any disputes or legal actions for the data hosted on the customer’s web page(s).

4. |
The web form data should not contain inappropriate/abusive language. |
|
| |
5. |
Soch Solutions reserves the rights to reject the web form. In such cases Soch might ask the customer to change the contents of the data form. Soch Solutions have all the rights to terminate/change this service. |

6. |
Hosting rental charges are applicable 10% of the price from next year. No hosting charges for the free package – it’s genuinely free. |
|
| |
7. |
Soch Solutions reserve the rights to reject some or all images or logos. In such cases Soch might ask the consumer to change the images or logos or completely reject it. Soch solutions will have the rights to terminate / change this service. |

8. |
Domain charges are Rs. 750/- for every year. These charges have to be paid in advance by the customer for every year.

9. |
AMC contract are optional and is on the client wish. Charges for AMC are as follows: |
|
• Contact by Email: 5% of the sale price of package. Response will be given in 72 hours.
• Contact by Email & Phone: 10% of the sale price of package.
• Contact time is in between 10am to 5pm. |

In some cases advertisements can be put on your web site as per your prior knowledge on the profit sharing basis. The share of profit is depending on the kind of advertisements. |

Rights to change the share of profit generated from advertisement are reserved with us. In the case of any changes we will just pre inform you about the changes. |

12. |
You are agreeing on the point that Soch Solutions has given you the complete idea regarding the advertisements and the revenue generated from those. |

13. |
Customer can switch between our different packages by paying the charges. In this case the charges are to be paid by the client according to the respective charges of the packages which customer selects. |

14. |
All rights regarding to the search engine optimization are reserved by us. None of the customer can make any claim for it. |
|
| |
15. |
Ranking on search engine optimization (SEO) is based on the number of log in on respective site. Ultimate ranking for this is not given by anybody including us. |

16. |
Soch Solutions reserves the rights to make modifications or add or terminate any of the charges as well as all any of the facilities given under any package at any time without any prior notice. No complaints are entertained for this issue. |

17. |
All the payments have to be made either by cheque in favor of “Soch Solutions”, or in cash. |
|
|
|
18. |
We check to make sure that your site will look good in the Microsoft Internet Explorer. |
|
|
|
19. |
Customers have to sign the page of terms and conditions. |
|
|
|
20. |
All the disputes are settled under the Jurisdiction of Pune. |
